OPINION PER CURIAM, March 15, 1968:

To an indictment charging appellant with murder, Dabney pleaded not guilty and faced trial before a judge and jury. At the conclusion of the Commonwealth's evidence, however, he changed his plea to guilty to murder generally (the Commonwealth certified at this point that the crime rose no higher than second degree), following which he was found guilty of murder in the second degree and sentenced to 9 to 20 years. No direct appeal...
