By reason of the conceded diversity of citizenship between the parties this cause was removed to this Court from the Superior Court of New Jersey in which it was originally instituted. A motion to remand to the State Court was denied by this Court's Order of December 1, 1965. The involvement of the jurisdictional minimum is uncontradicted.
