The United States of America instituted this suit under the provisions of Section 7302, Title 26, U.S.C.,1 by the filing on March 26, 1964, of a Libel praying for forfeiture of $3,296.00 in currency. The money was seized on September 26, 1963 by officers of the Internal Revenue Service in premises known as John's Newsroom, at 155 Clinton Street, Schenectady, New York.
