OPINION
ROBERTS, Chief Justice.
On September 30, 1965, an indictment was returned charging this defendant with breaking and entering in the nighttime. He thereafter entered a plea of guilty and on June 29, 1966, was sentenced by a justice of the superior court to a term of two years in the adult correctional institutions, execution thereof being suspended with the defendant placed on probation for a period of six years.
