Eighteen pinball machines were adjudged to be condemned and forfeited to the Commonwealth of Kentucky pursuant to KRS 436.280. The judgment was based on a jury verdict finding that the machines "were intended to be used for the purpose of gambling." The separate appeals of A. B. Long Music Company et al. and R.
