This civil action1 was brought for the construction of the will of William H. Haskell who died a resident of Pawtucket on April 19, 1900, and to obtain instructions pertaining thereto. A hearing was held in the superior court and the case was then certified to us pursuant to the provisions of G.L. 1956, § 9-24-28, as amended, for our determination.
