Audrey Ann O'Dell, wife of Paul O'Dell was injured when she slipped and fell in defendant's store on either lettuce or cabbage leaves mixed with water. She and her husband jointly brought this action. She to recover damages for her injuries and he to recover for medical expenses and loss of consortium. A jury trial resulted in a verdict in favor of the wife in the sum of $1500 and in favor of the husband in the sum of $500. The trial court sustained...
