The initial opinion of this court in this cause was rendered on July 6, 1967, 200 So.2d 566 (Fla.App. 1st, 1967). In said opinion this court concluded that the trial judge erred in entering a judgment notwithstanding a jury verdict in favor of plaintiffs.
