The National Labor Relations Board seeks enforcement of an order requiring World Carpets of New York, Inc. to cease and desist from violation of §§ 8(a) (1) and (5) of the National Labor Relations Act and to bargain with a union holding authorization cards signed by four of a unit of five employees at its warehouse in Garden City, N.
