New Haven Public Schools, appellee, to recover school taxes levied and collected for Fort Wayne Community Schools, appellant, on property having a taxable situs within New Haven Public Schools' boundaries, wherein Fort Wayne Community Schools filed a counter-claim to recover certain school taxes levied and collected by New Haven Public Schools.
