Pursuant to Section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act (29 U.S.C. § 160(e)), the National Labor Relations Board has petitioned for enforcement of a cease and desist order entered against International Die Sinkers' Conference, Milwaukee Lodge No. 140 ("Die Sinkers") in an unfair labor practice proceeding (reported in 162 NLRB No. 52).
