Judgment affirmed, with costs.

Contrary to the findings of the trial court, we find that defendants Petillo failed to do everything reasonably to be expected of them to ascertain the identity of the insurance carrier or to give it notice of the accident as soon as could reasonably be expected (Lauritano v.
