This appeal relates to a controversy between a mother, Carlyeen Harrell, and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Harrell, Sr., the parents of the father, Clayton M. Harrell, Sr., over the custody of two children. The two children in question are boys, one having been born in 1960 and the other in 1961.
