Plaintiff (appellee) filed an action in the circuit court of Covington County, Alabama, against Alabama Electric Co-Operative, Inc., a corporation, Covington Electric Co-Operative, Inc., a corporation, and James Leroy Williams. There were two counts in the complaint. Count One was for simple negligence; and count two was a wanton count.
