MEMORANDUM OPINION

CALEB M. WRIGHT, Chief Judge.

Defendant is charged under 18 U.S.C. § 6411 with receiving property of the United States Government knowing the same to have been stolen. This charge was tried before a jury on July 24-25, 1968 but the jury was discharged on July 29, 1968 without having reached a verdict. Defendant now moves for a judgment of acquittal.
