This is in many respects a companion case to S. S. Mullen, Inc. v. United States, Ct.Cl. 389 F.2d 390 decided today. The contract called for much the same kind of performance, in the same part of the world, in support of the same program. The relief sought is the same. Though the general contractors are different, the dispute again relates primarily to work to be performed...
