Appellee John J. Wessling was injured when struck by an automobile driven by appellant Joseph E. Chamberlain. Suit was filed in the Jefferson Circuit Court and the jury returned a verdict in favor of appellee in the amount of $23,849.35. This appeal is prosecuted from the judgment rendered on that verdict.

The accident occurred in Louisville at the intersection of Taylor Boulevard and Carlisle...
