The State Treasurer as custodian of the Second Injury Fund has appealed a circuit court judgment which affirmed an Industrial Commission award to Olga Howe of total and permanent disability benefits against the fund amounting, after the employer-insurer's liability, to 253 weeks at $42.50 a week and thereafter for the remainder of the employee's life $27.50 a week.
