Plaintiff, Martin L. Close, instituted this suit for damages for personal injuries sustained by him when a pickup truck which he was driving collided with an automobile being driven by Allen J. Stewart. The suit was instituted against Stewart and against plaintiff's liability insurer, Lumbermens Casualty Company, under an uninsured motorist provision of the policy.
