Harris, the first two counts charging unlawful possession of heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 174, and the third an unlawful purchase of cocaine, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 4704 (a). Following the denial, after an evidentiary hearing, of appellant's motion to suppress the narcotics which constitute the subject matter of the indictment...
