FINAN, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

The vendors appeal a decree of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County in an equity suit, in which two cases were consolidated in one, which dismissed their bill seeking rescission of a contract for the sale of real estate and ordered them to specifically perform, as prayed in the purchaser's bill of complaint. We affirm the lower court.
