On October 23, 1967 this Court ruled that the plaintiff answer defendant Rexall's Interrogatory 42 which reads as follows:

"Claim 1 of the patent in suit, 3 112 300, reads as follows: `A high molecular weight polypropylene consisting essentially of isotactic polypropylene made up of isotactic macromolecules which are insoluble in boiling n-heptane...
