This is an appeal from a judgment denying compensation for disability suffered by a workman because of dermatitis.

The issue on appeal is whether a workman disabled by dermatitis is barred from recovering compensation by the provisions of K.S.A. 44-5a16.

K.S.A. 44-5a16 provides:

"A person who has suffered disability from dermatitis and has received compensation therefor shall not...
