Plaintiff assigns as error the submission to the jury of the issue of contributory negligence, the charge of the court with respect to sudden emergency, and portions of the charge stating plaintiff's contentions. Error is also assigned to the failure of the court to sustain various objections of plaintiff to the evidence.
