The automobile collision involved here occurred about 7:30 a.m. on December 30, 1965, in the intersection of Booth Street and 45th Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas. Booth runs north and south and 45th, east and west. Traffic at the intersection was not regulated by either stop signs or lights. It was a dark and cloudy day.
