This is an appeal from a conviction of the crime of forgery.

The indictment provided in count I:

That on or about the 14th day of February, 1966, at or near Anchorage, in the Third Judicial District, State of Alaska, William E. Price did wilfully, unlawfully, feloniously, falsely, and with intent to injure and defraud the First Bank of Cordova, S and F Foodland and Mrs. John Hansen, forge the name of the payee Mrs...
