The only question presented by this appeal is whether the evidence was sufficient to sustain the conviction of George Kent Foster of grand larceny. At the October term of court, 1966, defendant was indicted for larceny of certain electric coils and commutators, the property of Glamorgan Pipe and Foundry Company. A trial resulted in his conviction, and the court sentenced him to confinement in jail for twelve months and to pay a fine of $450 in accordance...
