This is an appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court of Marin County, restraining the sheriff of that county from selling the homestead of respondents Bruce and Lucille Schoenfeld (hereafter referred to as Schoenfeld), pursuant to a writ of execution issued upon a judgment obtained in San Francisco by appellant J.R.
