This action, brought in the Massachusetts Superior Court against Liberty Shoe Company, Inc., hereafter Liberty, and Small Business Administration, SBA, was removed by the latter to the district court under 28 U.S.C. § 1442(a). Garden Homes, Inc. v. Mason, 1 Cir., 1957, 249 F.2d 71, cert. denied 356 U.S. 903, 78 S.Ct. 562, 2 L.Ed.2d 580; Jones v. Elliott, E.D.Va., 1950, 94 F.Supp. 567
