The plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. James L. McNeil, Jr., hereinafter called McNeil, sued LeRoy Roell, hereinafter called Roell, and Travel Lodge Corporation, hereinafter called Travel Lodge, for $5,000.00, money advanced to Roell by plaintiff. There was judgment in the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans for plaintiff against Roell and for defendant Travel Lodge dismissing plaintiffs' suit as to that corporation.
