By information filed November 12, 1963, in the Jackson County Circuit Court, William Prell Brizendine was charged with murder in the first degree in the death, on October 6, 1963, of George Dave Miller. On March 31, 1964, on the second day of trial, a jury found Brizendine guilty of murder in the first degree and fixed his punishment at life imprisonment...
