Plaintiff appeals from an order denying an alternative motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial.

This action was brought to recover damages for the death of Jean Mayo caused by injuries she sustained when a 1961 Pontiac driven at high speed by her husband, defendant James Mayo, missed a curve and left a highway a short distance north of Grand Rapids...
