Petitioner has asked us to review, pursuant to Section 25(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. § 78y (a), an order of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) barring him from association with any broker or dealer. This severe penalty was imposed upon petitioner by the Commission after the Commission found that petitioner had wilfully violated, or had aided and abetted the wilful violation of, the anti-fraud provisions...
