OPINION BY HOFFMAN, J., June 13, 1968:

Petitioner pleaded guilty on March 17, 1960, to larceny and receiving stolen goods, and was sentenced to a term of six months to three years on March 24, 1960.1 Petitioner was not represented by counsel at his plea of guilty or at the sentencing hearing.

Petitioner sought post-conviction relief by filing a petition on September 30, 1966...
