OPINION

PRESLAR, Justice.

This is a suit to determine the ownership of the 6/8ths working interest in a producing oil and gas lease upon a 20-acre tract of land in Loving County, Texas. Trial was to a jury and title was awarded to an intervenor, and the defendants appear as appellants and the intervenor as appellee. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
