This is a suit for damages arising from an automobile accident which occurred on July 10, 1966 near the intersection of Douglas Street and Benton Road in Bossier City, Louisiana, involving an automobile driven by Gary Wayne Upshaw, and an automobile owned by Nortech Construction Company operated by its employee, Clarence L. Madden. Nortech Construction Company, Madden and the insurer of the Nortech vehicle, U. S. Fire Insurance Company, are named defendants...
