Maze appeals from the lower court's denial of his motion under Title 28, U.S.C., Section 2255, to vacate his sentence. The district judge held a full hearing and made complete findings of fact.

The appellant was sentenced to five years in prison on July 25, 1967, on a plea of guilty to transporting a stolen motor vehicle in interstate commerce in violation of Title 18, U.S.C., Section 2312. The plea of guilty had been entered after waiver of counsel...
