The sole question presented by this appeal is whether the trial court erred in sustaining defendant's plea of the statute of limitations and dismissing plaintiff's action.

On August 5, 1965, Burnley Friedman, plaintiff, filed a motion for judgment against Peoples Service Drug Stores, Incorporated, defendant. The motion alleged, in substance, that "in August, 1963," defendant negligently failed to fill a prescription of medicine for plaintiff...
