These are a series of proceedings in the Probate Court which have extended over several years. Some of the matters were heard by the First Judge of Probate for Plymouth County; but most of them were heard by a judge from another county sitting by designation under G.L.c. 217, § 8. In each of the matters appealed from there was a report of material facts by the judge. The evidence is reported.
