This is an action on a complaint in two paragraphs, brought by the appellee against the appellant.

The first paragraph seeks damages in the amount of $9,750.00 for personal injuries arising out of an automobile and truck collision; and the second paragraph seeks damages in the amount of $775.00 for damages to appellee's truck resulting from the same collision.
