MORTON, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

The appellant was found guilty by a jury in the Circuit Court for Calvert County of grand larceny and sentenced to imprisonment for a term of ten years. After a hearing on an application for review of sentence the sentence was vacated and he was resentenced to imprisonment for a term of four years.
