This appeal arises from a judgment of conviction for the crime of obtaining property by false pretenses.
The appellant, who describes himself as a wholesale car dealer, through the use of what is called an "automobile bank draft" obtained possession of a 1961 Volkswagen owned by a Mr. and Mrs. Alan Curtis of Billings, Montana.
