This is a suit for damages brought by the Department of Highways of the State of Louisiana, against Southern Shipbuilding Corporation, owner of the tug "F. N. Canulette", for damages to its highway bridge known as the Danziger Bridge, which bridge spans the Inner Harbor Navigation Canal in the Port of New Orleans between the Mississippi River and Lake Ponchatrain. The defendant filed an answer and also a third party petition against Indian Towing Company...
