This is an appeal from a judgment entered upon a verdict of a jury rendered against appellant who brought an action for damages for wrongful death as the result of a collision between an automobile driven by appellant's decedent and a school bus operated by appellee. Appellant's motion for new trial was overruled, which action is the sole error assigned in this court.
