In this diversity action plaintiff seeks to establish title to certain lands in Chicot County, Arkansas, and to have the title quieted as against all claims of the defendants and damages against the defendants pursuant to Arkansas Statute 50-105 for treble the value of timber cut by defendants from the involved lands in the sum of $12,488.79, together with an additional sum of $3,700.00 as damage to the lands...
