Melvin B. Goldstein, a Philadelphia attorney, was charged with the crimes of extortion, blackmail, solicitation of legal business by persons not members of the bar, and with conspiracy to commit each of those crimes. At the close of the Commonwealth's testimony a demurrer was sustained. The Commonwealth has appealed.
