MORTON, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

The appellant, Maxine Roeder, was tried in the Criminal Court of Baltimore by Judge Anselm Sodaro, sitting without a jury, and was convicted of using unlawful means to cause and procure a miscarriage and abortion.

Appellant's sole contention raised on this appeal is that the trial court erred in finding guilt absent proof of an essential element in the indictment....
