Judgment affirmed.

On March 31, 1966 defendant was indicted on two counts of assault in the second degree and one count of possession of a dangerous weapon as a felony. On June 13, 1966 Miranda v. Arizona (384 U.S. 436) was decided. On July 27, 1966 defendant (then 37 years old) appeared with retained counsel and, after conferring with counsel and admitting in open court that he had cut his wife with a knife on February 3, 1966...
