This is an action on a health and accident insurance policy. It was removed to this court from the Circuit Court of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, on December 13, 1967.

The complaint alleges that on or about September 10, 1965, while the insurance policy was in full force and effect, the plaintiff sustained an accidental bodily injury. The policy provides for payments of $300 per month for a maximum of twenty...
