This is a tort action in which plaintiff seeks to recover for personal injuries and medical expenses allegedly resulting from a fall which she sustained on the premises of one of the defendants on June 26, 1965. On this date the plaintiff, a seventy-two year old woman, was a tenant in an apartment owned by defendant, Madison Park Apartments, Inc., in the City of Shreveport.
